- 2+ years of salon experience

- Passion for blonding and dimensional color

- Professional, reliable, self-aware (you communicate and show up at your best consistently)

- Understands that a great salon isn’t just what happens in the chair; it’s teamwork, energy, and care

- Ambitious and excited to grow with a supportive team

- Dedicated to making clients feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for

Compensation & Perks

• 40% starting commission on premium service pricing

• Strong existing client demand (Other artists are fully booked at capacity!)

• All new clients would go exclusively to you.

• Free monthly in-salon education

• In-house content creation and marketing support to help grow your clientele
